Kacy Kostiuk is Refugee Congress’ Communications Manager. Her work focuses on communications strategic planning and implementation.

Kacy’s professional experience focuses on communications and international education. She has previously worked on international exchange programs and as an English as a Second Language instructor. She also currently serves as a nonpartisan city councilmember in her city.
